Can someone else pay for my subscription?
Yes, absolutely!
You can use any valid payment method, even if it’s in someone else’s name, as long as the registered account on TargetWBCS is yours.
I made a payment, but my subscription hasn't been activated yet. What should I do?
Don’t worry! If your payment has been deducted but your subscription hasn’t been activated within 15 minutes, please:
- Email us at support@targetwbcs.in
- Include the following details:
- ✅ Your registered name
- ✅ Registered email/phone number
- ✅ Transaction ID or payment screenshot
- ✅ Date and time of payment
Our support team will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
Refund Policy – Do we offer refunds?
Yes! We believe in fair experience and student satisfaction.
We offer a 100% refund under the following conditions:
- Refund request must be raised within 24 hours of purchase.
- Refund is not applicable if the account shows extreme usage, such as watching 10+ videos or attempting multiple quizzes.
- Only one refund request is allowed per user.
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method only.
How to raise a refund request?
To raise a refund request, simply:

- Subject line: Refund Request – [Your Name]
- Include:
- - Full name
- - Registered email/phone number
- - Payment method & Transaction ID
- - Reason for refund
- - Date and time of purchase
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours. If approved, the refund will reflect in your bank/card within 5–7 business days.
I accidentally selected the wrong plan. Can I change it?
Yes, if you contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Email us at support@targetwbcs.in with:
- Your registered details
- Transaction info
- The correct plan name you want to switch to
We will help you either adjust the plan or process a refund.
