Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refund Window: 100% refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase (≤10 quiz attempts or 2 hrs video).
• How to Request: Email support@targetwbcs.in with your name, registered email/phone, purchase details, and transaction ID.
• Processing:
  • Cards/Net‐Banking: 5–7 business days
  • UPI/Wallets: 2–3 business days
  • Others: Voucher or cheque in billing name
• Limit: One refund per plan; late or over-use requests aren’t eligible.
• Cancel Auto-Renewal: Via Account Settings—stops future charges only.

Abuse of Refund Policy: Students who repeatedly purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period will be considered to have abused our refund policy. TargetWBCS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found misusing refunds, in order to protect the integrity of our system.

Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@targetwbcs.in. Upon request, your profile will immediately become invisible. Thirty days after your deletion request, we begin permanently removing your personal information from our systems, except for data we are required to retain by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Use of IP Addresses

We collect your IP address to diagnose technical issues, monitor system security, and compile aggregate statistics. This helps us identify performance bottlenecks, prevent abuse, and continually improve the user experience.

Payment Security

TargetWBCS does not collect or store any payment details directly on our site.
